This film was a slightly odd one. At times, I actually wanted to say something to the television set! Orson Welles did seem rather large in this film too. It was also interesting seeing him play a character such as he did.
Vargas, however, was an excellent character, completely honest. I thought he was also played very well by Charlton Heston too.
I thought the ending was a bit of an anti-climax, and the story a little complicated to follow at times too, and a little too coincidental too. But, it was still a generally enjoyable film.
