This is the Hong Kong movie that The Departed was based upon. It is very similar, as it is pretty much exactly the same plot. The Hollywood version did feel a little more polished, though Infernal Affairs was excellent in its own right.
If you’re a fan of The Departed, it’s definitely worth a watch.
I give it 8/10, which is probably the same I’d give the Hollywood version.
