A really weird film. Basically a single dad cop, who has custody of his children most of the time (or so it appears) has some new neighbours move in next door.
However, they are mixed race, and that bothers this cop. He ends up turning their life into hell, blah blah.
It was still kind of enjoyable, but not enough to redeem the film.
