Oddly, Lovefilm reckon this film is a 1926 movie, while IMDB reckons it’s 1927. I’ll go with the IMDB year, as that’s what I’ve used in the past when the dates differ on the two sites.
This is the only Buster Keaton film I can recall watching as an adult. In fact, I don’t actually remember Buster Keaton visually at all. I remember the name, and that’s about it. I am sure I must’ve watched some of his films when I was younger though.
The film is excellent. I’ll let you read the synopsis on IMDB or whatever. The scenes on the train were absolutely fantastic, and Buster Keaton’s character had excellent, though not really a slapstick style.
If you like silent comedies, this one really is worth it.
I give it 9/10
