It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen this – I’ve just realised I never logged it at the time I watched it in the US, in June 2009.
Anyway, I can’t remember a great deal about it anymore, apart from shit blows up, there’s a bad guy, who kinds turns into a good guy. There’s a guy who thinks he’s human, and freaks himself out when he finds out he’s not. etc.
Oh, wait, was that a spoiler? Oops.
The ending of this story is what got me, and, also, why on earth would the machines even bother rounding up the humans? The Sam Worthington character is what got me, near the end, and the computer knowing about him, etc. It didn’t seem to make a whole lot of sense – why get things so complicated?
