This film starts fairly early on with the news that a local farmer has been murdered and his cattle stolen. The local town are up in arms and are wanting revenge straight away – however, the sheriff is currently a few days away, so a posse is formed – possibly illegally.
They then go off to hunt for the murderers and find a group of three men with the cattle.
It’s almost plainly obvious to viewers that these people are not murderers, but, it’s possible they might be. However, some of the characters in the posse are adamant that these must be the people and push for a quick execution.
This film does feel slow at times, even though it’s just 75 minutes long. Also, it looks quite dated because it’s filmed on a set, rather than on location.
I give it 8/10.
