I expected this film to be a little soppy, due to the synopsis, it did not disappoint. It was indeed rather soppy in parts!
Another of my favourite actors is in this – Robin Williams, and IÂ was waiting to see what kind of character he would play – the image in my head was one of a father type figure. IÂ was not totally wrong, IÂ suppose – but, the character he played was not really what IÂ had imagined. IÂ do think he played the part extremely well though. The hat and bling worked quite well. 🙂
The music was good in the film too – IÂ especially enjoyed his first guitar playing.
It seems I don’t really like the actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers, it just seemed like the role he was playing was wrong. Perhaps it was a role thing, perhaps it is simply that I don’t like the actor, difficult to tell.
All in all, IÂ did enjoy this movie.
