This movie was another gift given to me by a couchsurfing couple. I’ve seen it in the stores a lot, as well as seen adverts for the play in London, and wondered whether I would like it.
I have to say, I’m not a fan of ballet – I don’t dislike it, but then again, I don’t seem to enjoy it when I see it, so the dancing scenes weren’t very special to me. The characters, however, were excellent. Obviously Billy himself, and his father too.
There were many funny and happy moments in the film, as well as sad ones.
I give it 7/10 – definitely worth a watch.
