A movie from my ‘hi-def’ list, so it’s not on the IMDB top 250 or anything. It has 6.8/10 as an average on there as I write this.
Well, an odd one. I’ve always wanted to watch it, but there’s been something niggling at me about this movie that’s put me off ever buying it. With lovefilm, however, I decided to give it a try.
It’s an enjoyable movie, but, it didn’t seem very special to me. It’s basically about the main character (Nicolas Cage) searching for a treasure, and following clues to try to find it.
As I’m finding it impossible to really figure out what else to write for this movie, I’m just going to rate it.
I give it 7/10.
PS. It’s excellent on blu-ray too.
