A Hitchcock thriller. I’ve seen the remake that was on TV last year, or the year before, at a friends house. Which I thought was quite good fun. I was in two minds over watching the original, as I thought ‘well, I’ve seen the story already’.
I’m glad I did, however, as the story differed enough to keep it interesting!
It’s basically about a bachelor who is kinda picked on by a spy (though she prefers the term ‘agent’) as a safe person to escape from some goons with.
She unfortunately gets killed (which confuses me, why did they not kill the guy at the same time)? Our hero is then on the run, and tries to unravel the conspiracy.
It is good fun.
