One word: Rubbish. And, no, it was not an IMDB top 250, it was a random choice from my ‘hi-def’ list, I don’t really recall adding it, it must’ve been added in the early days of my lovefilm subscription.
Fancy special effects, but stupidly crap movie.
It used lots of cliches, and stupid characters, (who seem to be in abundance in horror movies anyway).
I wonder if the actors feel embarrassed about being in the movie?
When I noticed it was next on my dispatch list, I decided to go through and clean up my lists. Hopefully no more mistakes like this.
I give it 1/10. I can’t believe it got 5.0/10 on IMDB.
(Edit: I just learned this was probably a remake of a 1960 black and white version, that only got 5.9/10 on IMDB though).
